At least 200 points should be subtracted from every player to conform to the standard of play on other sites and the real world of over the board chess. The play is so weak on this site compared to the rating that it is laughable.

Lichess doesn't use the elo system. Instead we use a glicko2 system in which the rating you start with is 1500. Because of different systems it's not compareable though you are right noticing that for many players the rating is higher than their elo-rating would be (depending on the strength).

Lichess ratings are lichess ratings. Those who know a thing or two of how ratings are calculated don't try to compare them between sites and 'the real world of over the board chess'. Different rating system, different metrics, different sample pool, different everything. Similarly, saying 'a kilometer is so small compared to a mile, it's laughable!' doesn't make sense.
If you think that the play is weak and the condition is "laughable" you can simply go elsewhere! In this way , you will manage to prove your great strength and accept the challenges from the super GMs!!
@FatesWarning Let's not be hostile. Perhaps he feels opposition is comparatively weaker because of how strong he feels on lichess. Its empowering effect is something to behold.

I had a problem in another chess site (the new version loaded very slowly on my old system). They didn't solve it , so I left. What's the use of insulting them??
