How did I play? with 1900! :3

So in this game I played with a 1900 player, myself being only 1300. The blunder I understood soon afterwards, but I was in time pressure. What other comments/things can be learnt from here? :) Thanks.
The first thing I notice is the awkward development of the knight to c3. In such openings, you usally want to undermine black's pawn center by playing c4 first. Also, with 4. e3, you close in your bishop. Only at move sixteen, when the board looks completely different, does it find a good home. I like the plan of playing e4, but 10. Nb1 seems really unnecessary. On move thirteen, you missed a great opportunity to undermine black's d4 pawn with the move 13. c3, after which the computer suggests black should push his pawn, making the d-pawn quite weak. Move 23. Nc4 seems weak as well, because you're allowing black to double up your pawns and make them isolated, while getting rid of your annoying knight. 27. Rd1 simply allows the black pawns to get way too far, while with 29. Bxf6 you're exchanging a very important defender.

I hope this brief analysis helps :).
DaanNoordenbos That is somewhat true, I feel difficult playing bullet. But this time the time pressure was on the lower side due to the big increment.

Thank you, not messyanswer at all (jk) . Especially the points on the very beginning helps to improve my opening a lot. :)
Didn't see the game, but the fact guy with stats 7k wins and 1.5k loses joins games versus you with an advantage of 600 rating points is very very eloquent.
Such guys should be permanently banned, because they abuse the system. They are worse than engine users.
I agree with MessyAnswer, you should have moved pawn to c4 first to help fight for central control. Also study pawn structure, that will help improve your game a lot.
Thanks Yowan. Where can I study pawn structure for beginners well? Any youtube channel or book you can recommend? :)
#6 You're crazy, there's nothing wrong with that and he just made OP's day.
