Strategic varient

One of the annoying things about bullet is that the last few seconds of the match often turn into a frenzy to not die on time. It would be interesting to have a separate variant of classic chess where if it ends on time, then the position of the last move is analysed (the new beta analysis can already do this!) and the winner is the player with the stronger position. If white won with 10 seconds to spare than every second could count as 0.1 centi-pawns towards there score. This would make blatant blunders to drag your opponents time down only kill any chance you have of winning.
So, if white makes no move but flags with a first-move advantage of, let's say, 0.3 pawns, and black is compensated 60 s * 0.1 centipawns/s = 0.06 pawns, does white win? If you are annoyed by flagging in bullet, then do not play bullet.
Why if you can simply put an increment in it? 5 or 10 seconds of increment is enough to make sure the winner is the one who wins on board, not on time.
#2, the 0.1 I was referring too was more likely 0.1 pawns then, so that 10 seconds translates into a full pawn. I'm not suggesting that bullet itself be changed, only that something new is tried in which you play to try and always maintain a winning position.
nope, if you wanna avoid the mindless time scrambles you should play with increment. i cant approve the idea of letting your time run out after getting a huge material advantage, technique is very important, specially in bullet
