Can I create a Daily, Casual tournament within a team?

Yes.

How?

By going to your team, under the "Subscribe to team messages" there will be an option to create an arena or swiss tournament.

@CalebBrown104 Just create one tournament every day with the same time control and variant. Or do you mean correspondence (daily chess)?

I can set it to minutes; I want to set it to days, but I don't see an option for that.

There's no option for a correspondence tournament, as people can cheat. Also the tournament could take weeks and it will be complicated

Why would you need that?
If you play with randoms the chances your tournament will be finished by most players is rather slim.
If you know everyone you can create a timetable yourself and let the players challange each other without the need of a lichess tournament page.
