this is not fair

i was playing in this game and waited while the other players clock counted down to 00.00.

I thought I had won the game only to notice the clocks reverse and show my time as 00.00.

I then got a warning which I don't deserve. This clock reversal has happened before resulting in me losing points.

i think he is blind, probably took him quite a while to create this thread.

sometimes there there is a rare bug and your browser doesnt register opponents moves, must have something to do with mini disconnects or package losses.

for referance this is the game he was complaining about.

It's fair. The problem that you experienced is due to your own connection/lag. Check lichess.org/lag to see your connection.

Disconnects during games happen quite often recently. It's not a lag issue, must be some bug on the site. When that happens to me, /lag shows that my connection is fine, and I also have no problems on other sites at the same time.

I had this just yesterday, and today one of my opponents had the problem.

Yep. Had this issue yesterday myself. Unless everyone's internet is getting throttled all across the globe at once, it's a site issue.

if I may add, been experiencing this exact issue ever since seemingly the latest update to this site. and as mentioned above. my internet speed hasn't changed & all other gaming/chess sites work fine.

been on lichess for years now and only till this point have been experiencing this issue. also like to point out that my CPU & Internet has been upgraded recently so most the time I've been on lichess was with old laptop and lowest speed possible net & again, this never happened as frequent as it has been these past few weeks.

I'm not complaining, just making it known in hopes to help better the site
