Is this some kind of magic or curse!? put by god!?

Hello! Usually when i work in chess (puzzles and work on top games) i don't get good results in tournaments, that's why 1 day i was too much irritated and started playing video games and studies, then suddenly my game started improving! my coach also said nowadays u r playing good but play honestly he also asked me if I am using any engine!
IS This some kind of magic??? if i don't work in chess my rating is improving!?!?

Taking a break sometimes is good for you.
Cant just be stuffing your brain full without giving it time to integrate.

But I play every time! I have reduced chess time for just maybe 1 or 2 hrs or 3

u play bullet and ultra so i feel it needs good mind like happiness if u r angry u play bad play rapid u can know ur real chess or blitz

I can't even imrove my rating LOL
