You can setup a new game in lobby with time control 1/4+0, ask some of your friends to play with you or there are also arena tournaments happening frequently with this time control.

You can't,It will only show up in challenges or tournaments maybe you can play it but I don't think so.

You don't see what options?
You should exange and exange (if they are the same value) and don't think to much about tactic .
To play ultra, u should just set your mouse and ur hand in comfortable and fast positions free of obstructions, and make NORMAL moves extremely fast, and premove so that the game goes ping pong ping ping pong pong ping pong ;)
